Verified ownerThis is certainly a very versatile device and the quality of playback as well as conversion has been excellent so far. The number of inputs / outputs is very satisfactory. Having said that, I give it a rating of 4 instead of 5 due to the following reasons:
- controls for various things (sources, processing) are not intuitive; the manual is very verbose but doesn't explain the actual functionality well
- unit heats up quite a bit after some use
- installation of drivers on windows was complicated; their website isn't very helpful
- analog input/output formats are probably designed for a PA system and not small audio setups, e.g., analog choices are XLR or 1/4 in TRS/TS

This was my first purchase from ansata, so I was a bit apprehensive, given that it is an expensive item. However, talking to Satheesh and seeing that they are an authorized dealer for RME increased my comfort level. The promptness of delivery, packaging and receiving the item as promised has left me a happy customer. I am looking forward to relying on ansata.
